is a training tool on current trends
and skills of cultural management in Europe.
The DVD provides European examples of cultural management
projects having demonstrated their success but also the
difficulties met at the international level. These examples
illustrate in a didactic way the methodologies that can be
used in the conception of a cultural project. They also
help to understand the issues of European co-operation and
to evaluate the skills needed in the negotiation with
funders and potential partners.
It is intended for cultural operators, trainers as well as
students in cultural management.
This pilot project was implemented in 2001 within the
framework of the Leonardo program of the European Union.
DVDs are available at the Fondation Hicter.
