Training sessions
related to projects run in partnership between cultural
organizations and schools
The Fondation Hicter having supervised many projects and
partnerships between schools and cultural organizations
over the 7 past years noticed a strong need concerning both
the way professionals act in that sector and what is at
stake on social and educative fields in the Brussels
Region.
Since 2006 the Fondation organizes from time to time short
training programs of reflection and exchanges on the sense
and the social gain of those projects. The training is
conceived as a transversal area of interactive debates
between participants and experts and knowledge on those
cultural practices.
This action aims at initiating a collective action-research
enabling participants to produce both knowledge and skills
enriching links between culture and schools.
