Short training courses organized in Belgium on European policies and cultural programs

The Fondation organizes since 2003 various training courses on European policies and cultural programs for local cultural operators.

The goals of these programs are :
- to understand the role of the European Union concerning culture, to identify cross-border cultural policies, and to support participation to cultural co-operation projects ;
- to conceive and manage bilateral or multilateral projects in the framework of European Union programs;
- to foster the capacity of cultural operators to set up European projects; to strengthen the place of culture in European programs.
