Training the trainers
and training cultural managers in black Africa
Since 1997 the Fondation Hicter organizes various training
programs in Africa. The participants to these interactive
training courses are :
- organizers of training programs in the field of
culture and NGOs ;
- cultural managers and administrators.
These programs include
training, evaluation and follow-up phases.
They are funded by the Intergovernmental Agency of the
Francophony (Paris) and the International Relations
Department of the French Community of Belgium.
